Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Daddyturbos, all sales are considered final after 72 hours from the time your order is placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase by contacting us at:

After 72 hours, your order will enter processing and production, and the sale becomes final.

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part, exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must contact us before sending anything back
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and reshipping costs
  • Any price difference for exchanged items must be paid before shipment

Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
